NUST has high fees, and our family income is not enough to pay them. Both of my parents have passed away, and we depend on zakat money and a small amount of help from my guardian. Most of the zakat we receive and the money we save are used for loan payments and expenses. We don’t have any property or savings. I can only contribute around 4000–5000 rupees by doing arrangements from friends and family. It is very hard for me to afford NUST fees, so I am eligible and willing to get zakat funds.
